AI consulting questions
No. You know your business. We bring the AI side and explain it in plain language.
We scope it with you. It depends on the size of the business and how many systems we review. You see the scope and the price before we start.
We will tell you what we would build, and we will also tell you when an off-the-shelf tool, a simpler fix or no AI is the better answer. We have pointed owners to a ready-made AI phone answering service when that was all they needed.
Before anything changes, we write down the number it should move: missed calls, time to answer a new lead, hours spent on a task. Then we check that number afterward over a comparable period. If it did not move, we say so.
We ask for read-only access wherever a system allows it, never ask for passwords by email, and keep customer information out of AI tools unless you have approved it.
Yes. Often the tool is fine and the setup is the problem: no knowledge base, no rules, nobody checking what it produces. We review what you have before you buy anything new.
