Workflow automation questions
Automation follows fixed rules and does the same thing every time. AI handles the parts that need language or judgment about words, like a summary or a draft reply. Most good setups are mostly automation with one AI step, checked by a person.
We scope it with you. A first workflow should be one task, so the scope stays small: which tools it connects, whether it needs an AI step, and what those tools cost to run each month. You see that before anything is built.
That is not the goal. The goal is to take the repeat steps off the people who are best at the work that needs a person: the customer conversation, the judgment call, the relationship. AI is a force multiplier, not a time-saver.
Usually the ones you already pay for: email, calendar, forms, your website, accounting or field service software, and our CRM platform if you use it. If a tool does not allow connections, we tell you before you spend money on it.
Anything you cannot check, anything that commits you to a price or a promise without a person seeing it, and anything that speaks for you in a sensitive moment, like a complaint. Fix and simplify the process first, and automate last.
You do. It runs in accounts in your business's name, and the steps are written down, so it keeps working if anyone leaves, including us.
